How YOU Can Support R.A.I.N

You can support RAIN in several ways
Tax deductible monetary donations
Donations of supplies
Volunteering
Support OUR Supporters

Dog Fosters Needed!!

Milk money needed. We lost our mommy

We call these little boys the Four Musketeers. They were found in the back yard of a volunteer's neighbor. Their mommy ran away when the people came. They are in a foster home being bottle fed every 3-4 hours. The milk replacement, KMR, is very expensive.

Tax Deductible Donations

Monetary donations fund our extensive veterinary and food bills and allow us to rescue more animals.  As a non-profit, all-volunteer, 501(c)3 corporation, any donations to Rescuing Animals In Need are tax-deductible. We are an all volunteer organization with no paid employees, officers, or directors. 100% of your donation goes toward food, medical and adoption costs of the animal.

Often a sick or injured animal requires veterinary services MUCH higher than the adoption fee. Those shortfalls are made up by donations by people like you and the pockets of RAIN volunteers. See our 'Success Stories' page for some of these animals' stories.

Currently we are accepting donations via 'snail mail' to:

Rescuing Animals In Need
P.O. Box 608221
Orlando, FL. 32860-8221

OR, stop by the PETsMART in Lake Mary on Saturdays and the PETsMART in Casselberry on Sundays, both between 10:30-5 and drop a donation in our donation jar.

You can also support by donating money to our accounts at the Veterinarians we use when you are there with your own pet:

Donate online with PayPal

Donate Supplies

We have an ongoing need for the following, which can be dropped off during our Adoption Events at the Lake Mary PETsMART on Saturday between 10:00 - 4:00 p.m or the Casselberry PETsMART on Sundays between 10:00-4:00 p.m.

White Towels
Canned Sophisticat (Petsmart brand) Turkey or Mixed Grill Kitten Food
KMR ( Kitten Milk Replacement)
Felovite (vitamin suppliment)
Authority (PETsMART brand) Kitten and Cat Food (Dry)
Purina One Kitten
Wal-Mart Maximum Nutrition for Kittens
Purina One Adult for Cats
Costco Premium Cat food
Note: Because we don't have dogs in the group on a regular basis please don't donate dog food. We have a shortage of long term storage space.

Volunteer

If you are 16 or over you can help us during out adoption events. We need help showing the animals, walking the dogs, cleaning cages, and more. If you are 18 you can help by fostering animals. You can print, fill out a Volunteer Form then mail it or bring it by during our adoption events at the Lake Mary PETsMART on Saturday between 10:00 - 4:00 p.m or the Casselberry PETsMART on Sundays between 10:00-4:00 p.m.
